Board Retreats involve board members in evaluating an agency’s past successes, defining the major issues confronting the agency, and setting a clear direction for the short-term and long-term future.

Colby Consulting assists the Executive Director and Board Chair in defining the goals and purpose of the Board Retreat, identifying an appropriate setting, inter-viewing other board members to identify issues, and conducting the retreat.

Clients receive a summary of the retreat, including an Action Plan for implementing the decisions made by the Board at the retreat.
